SAVAYA FAMILY GLOBAL HOLDINGS SFO RSC LIMITED, doing business as Savaya Global Capital and Savaya Capital, is incorporated and registered in the Abu Dhabi Global Market, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates; incorporated as a Restricted Scope Company; and commercially licensed to conduct the business activity of a Single Family Office.
In this notice, "Savaya Global Capital," "Savaya," "the Company," "we," "us" and "our" refer to SAVAYA FAMILY GLOBAL HOLDINGS SFO RSC LIMITED and all of its subsidiary entities, unless another legal entity is expressly identified.
The use of the Savaya Global Capital name does not create a separate company, branch, partnership, agency, joint venture or other legal person.

03 ADGM incorporation, registration and licensing
The Company is incorporated and registered pursuant to the applicable laws and regulations of the Abu Dhabi Global Market. The Company holds a commercial licence issued by the ADGM Registration Authority authorising it to conduct the business activity of a Single Family Office.
The Company is subject to the applicable:
- ADGM laws and regulations;
- company-law requirements;
- commercial-licensing requirements;
- filing and recordkeeping requirements;
- beneficial-ownership requirements;
- data-protection requirements;
- governance requirements;
- compliance obligations; and
- supervisory, administrative and enforcement powers of the relevant ADGM authorities.
References on this website to the Company being incorporated, registered, licensed, regulated or subject to regulatory oversight refer to the Company's legal status and obligations under the applicable ADGM corporate, commercial-licensing and regulatory framework. Such references must not be interpreted as meaning that the Company holds every form of regulatory approval, authorisation or financial-services permission available within ADGM.
04 Single Family Office status
Savaya Global Capital operates exclusively as a Single Family Office for the benefit of one family and its permitted family members, family trusts, foundations, holding companies, investment vehicles, estate-planning structures, philanthropic structures, family-controlled businesses, and other related family entities and arrangements.
The Company does not operate as a multi-family office. The Company does not offer family-office services to the general public or to unrelated third-party clients. The Company does not hold itself out as accepting members of the public as clients or as providing investment-management, investment-advisory, wealth-management or similar services to unrelated third parties.
In carrying out its Single Family Office activities, the Company may, subject to applicable law:
- oversee and administer family assets and affairs;
- conduct investment research and due diligence;
- evaluate investment and commercial opportunities;
- acquire, hold, finance, manage and dispose of investments;
- oversee direct and indirect investments;
- own or control holding companies and investment vehicles;
- engage banks, custodians, brokers, advisers and service providers;
- oversee legal, tax, estate-planning, succession and governance matters;
- manage family administrative and philanthropic activities;
- monitor portfolio companies and other family-owned interests; and
- undertake other activities permitted under its commercial licence and applicable law.
Nothing on this website expands the scope of the Company's licence or authorises any activity requiring a separate regulatory permission.
05 FSRA clarification
The Company's ADGM Single Family Office commercial licence is distinct from a Financial Services Permission issued by the ADGM Financial Services Regulatory Authority, or FSRA. Unless expressly stated in a separate, current and specific disclosure, the Company does not represent that it holds an FSRA Financial Services Permission.
Through this website, the Company does not:
- provide regulated investment advice to unrelated third-party clients;
- manage third-party client portfolios;
- arrange investments for members of the public;
- provide brokerage or dealing services to the public;
